Started playing guitar in the seventies and that's where his passion began for music - from teaching to recording and selling musical instruments and music gear such as PA's power amps, mics, rack mount gear, speakers, guitar amps,
pedals, cables, strings, picks, musical accessories , etc...
In July of 2009 Paul purchased the KRMO, KKBL radio station building in Monett, Missouri and then started remodeling the old station to home a new music store and recording studio. He opened the store in November of that same year
Cheryl Ping has worked at Xcellent Sound from the day the store opened. From helping in sales, cleaning, to inventory and store secretary Cheryl is the glue that holds our company together!
